LOGWAY is operated by Reset, LLC (“LOGWAY”, “we”, “our”, “us”). We provide software, ELD hardware, insurance brokerage referrals, freight factoring, fuel card programs, and business financing options for owner-operators and small trucking fleets. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information. Business name, DOT/MC number, contact name, email, phone, and billing information you provide when you sign up.
• Vehicle and ELD data. When you use our ELD hardware and software: GPS location, engine diagnostics, hours-of-service records, DVIRs, and inspection logs.
• Financial data. Bank account and invoice information you submit for factoring, fuel card, or loan services, and information from broker credit checks you authorize.
• Usage data. Log data about how you use our website and apps (device type, browser, pages viewed, timestamps, IP address).
• Support communications. Records of the emails, calls, and messages you send us.

• To provide, operate, and improve the LOGWAY services you request.
• To meet regulatory requirements applicable to ELD, HOS, IFTA, and DOT compliance.
• To process payments, invoices, and factoring transactions.
• To communicate with you about your account, service issues, and updates.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• For internal analytics that help us improve reliability, safety insights, and product features.

We share information only as needed to operate LOGWAY, including with:

• Service providers that host our systems, process payments, send communications, or provide analytics — under written obligations to protect the data.
• Insurance carriers, factoring partners, and lenders when you request a quote or apply for one of those services through us.
• Regulators and law enforcement when required by law, subpoena, or a lawful government request, or to protect rights and safety.
• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain information for as long as we need it to provide the services and to meet our legal, tax, and compliance obligations (for example, ELD records are retained for the periods required by FMCSA regulations). We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information; no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Access, correction, deletion. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing info@logway.us. We may need to retain certain records to meet legal or contractual obligations.
• Marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the message. Service-related messages (billing, compliance, security) will continue.
• Cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the site is used. We may use third-party analytics services that set their own cookies subject to their privacy policies.

LOGWAY is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
