By accessing our website, apps, hardware, or services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

LOGWAY provides a platform for small trucking fleets and owner-operators that may include ELD compliance software and hardware, telematics, digital DVIRs, fleet analytics, and access to commercial insurance, freight factoring, fuel card, and business loan programs. Some services are provided by third-party partners under their own agreements.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the business you register. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.

• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for the activity of drivers and staff who use LOGWAY under your account.
• Notify us promptly at info@logway.us of any unauthorized use or security incident.

You agree not to:

• Use the services in violation of any law or regulation, including FMCSA rules.
• Falsify ELD, HOS, DVIR, or other compliance records.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Resell or sublicense the services without our written consent.

Software plans are billed on a recurring, month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file. Fees for factoring, fuel card, insurance, and loan services are disclosed in the applicable service agreement. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Insurance is placed through licensed brokers and carriers; factoring, fuel card, and loan services are provided by our financing partners. Those services are governed by separate contracts between you and the applicable provider. LOGWAY is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, though we will help coordinate support.

ELD devices are supplied under a lease or purchase agreement specified at checkout. You are responsible for the safe installation and use of the hardware in your vehicles.

LOGWAY and its licensors own the software, hardware designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the services. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services during your subscription.

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reset, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to the services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reset, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate the services if you breach these Terms or if continued service creates risk to us, our partners, or other customers. Sections intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
