Before you cancel
- Find your contract end date and any early-termination fee.
- Ask whether the hardware must be returned and by when.
- Export at least 6 months of logs.
- Have a replacement ELD installed and working.
When you call
- Ask for written confirmation of the cancellation date.
- Confirm the final bill and that auto-pay is stopped.
- Get a return shipping label if hardware is rented.
