Common ELD login fixes

Check that you're using the driver login, not the fleet admin login (they're often different).
Reset your password from the provider's official site.
Update the app and restart your phone or tablet.
Turn Bluetooth on and make sure location permission is allowed.
Ask your fleet admin to confirm your driver account is active.

If you still can't log in on the road

Switch to paper logs and note the time the problem started.
Contact your provider's support and write down the ticket number.
